Introduction

Thank you for choosing to receive a Universal Soul Retrieval from us – you won’t be disappointed!  To make the process as comfortable as possible, we wish to send you these notes.  They are designed to give you extra preparation for the treatment in the hope that this will relieve any apprehension or feelings of uncertainty before and after your healing journey begins. 

 

 

Before Your Healing

So, before the date of the healing, you may be interested in ‘getting ready’.  A full preparation is not critically necessary but should, however, help the healing process run smoothly and achieve maximum potential. There are not many preparations and they are not complicated or time consuming.  Lets run down the list and see if you are interested in doing any of these...

 

1.     Preparing your date.  The date you have chosen for your healing is very important as this will set up a chain of events and conditions for your healing.  The result of this may already be felt around you, but more on this later.  For now, try to plan for a nice quiet time when the healing begins.  P eace and quiet is the easiest way to heal your past in preparation for your new future.   Do you want to book a take a few days off work around this healing time...?

 

2.     Preparing your mind and spirit.  Knowing that you have now booked your treatment, a positive mental and spiritual outlook will help you make the most of the Universal Soul Retrieval process.  Anything you can do to prepare yourself for this journey will help you when the time comes.   Take each day at a time.  If you feel drawn to read a particular book, to meditate, to practice Yoga, Thai Chi, or any other form of Energy work, dancing, singing or exercise before your healing – then great! – but don’t be too hard on yourself.  Do whatever you feel you want to do. The best thing you can do is to relax! Don’t sweat the small stuff…!

 

3.     Preparing your body.  To gain the most from this healing period, it is recommended that you consider taking in healthy foods and plenty of water every day for three days before and after the healing.  If you really want to do this, you must ensure you drink three litres of water per day (about 6 pints or 12 cups) prior to your date of healing.  This may seem a lot, but we encourage this to ensure that your system is flushed of any toxins which may slow down the recovery process. After the treatment, you may feel like drinking a whole lot more!

It is also recommended that you only eat fresh (uncooked, steamed or lightly fried) fruits and vegetables for a few days before, and for three days after the Soul Retrieval.  Processed foods will still work, but may cause unnecessary discomfort following the treatment - particularly meats of any kind, milk, eggs and hard cheeses.  Rice, pasta, potatoes and sweet potatoes are fine, and provide a good source of carbohydrate.  Peas, beans, chickpeas, lentils, nuts (even peanuts) are good sources of protein.   In fact, there is strong evidence to suggest that eating plenty of fresh (uncooked if possible) foods and drinking plenty of water helps you feel uplifted, light and healthy, increases the metabolism, and stimulates the brain. Alternatively, eating red meats, and heavy, stodgy meals can make you feel heavier, slower, and more lethargic...  which can make life even more difficult.

  

4.    Noticing the Landscape.  The fact that you are heading towards a U.S.R. will not have gone unnoticed, and your surrounding daily landscape may give away signs that a universal change is afoot.  You may see particular people around your life choosing to act differently - causing you to react.  This is common, and is simply a way for Mother Nature to show you 'who you are being'.  At this time, you may notice something else.  The real YOU.  The YOU behind the many layers of 'being' you have grown to live within.  The real YOU is a beautiful creature. It is a free spirit.  After the U.S.R., you may notice an incredible difference.  Already, you may see people and situations moving around you - some moving closer, some moving further away.  Don't worry.  The wind is simply blowing change your way...  

 

During Your Healing

As the time of your healing approaches, make yourself comfortable and relax.  A good place to start is by lying on top of the bed with a pillow under the head.  You can of course choose to lye in bed; as long as you are comfortable with the prospect of falling asleep!  Staying awake during the healing is a good option if you wish to ask any questions of your spirit guides – as this will be a very easy and productive time to do so – even if you have never done it before.  The healing is also best done with the eyes closed so that you may feel and sense the energy flowing and returning to you.  All you must do is to be open of heart.  No special meditation or intention is necessary as long as you remain open.  You may enjoy placing a soft focus around the heart - as this can be a very sensual and pleasant experience.  Again, none of this is necessary for the healing to work - in fact, if you prefer for the work to be done whilst you are asleep, this will aid the integration process.

 

When the healing begins, try to ignore any distractions until it’s all over; including the telephone, the doorbell, and any other sources seeking your attention.

 

 

After Your Healing

The healing will most likely take about 20 minutes to an hour. You can choose to rise from your position at any time as soon as you feel able.  In some cases, clients choose to lay or rest up for several hours afterwards until they feel ready.  Others choose to rise as soon as they feel the healing has stopped, and may be completely mobile soon after.  Again, do what you feel you must do. 

 

After the healing, you may be interested in walking along new paths.  New doors can be opened to you at this time. Over the next few weeks and months, a new way of 'being' generally emerges as a result of lifting the weight of baggage from your shoulders. 

 

1.    Writing Your Words.  As you move on in life, the U.S.R. will be felt in many often very subtle ways.  Many people are drawn to writing a diary, a journal, or a testimonial of their Soul Retrieval experiences at this time, and doing so may help you put life in more perspective.

2.    Following The Notes.  The next three documents are day-by-day healing notes; which have been specifically designed to be read on the respective days following the healing treatment.  For those unsure of the way to go, and feel they could benefit from a helping hand at this time, then reading the day-by-day installments may be a useful option. They are written as a natural follow-on to these notes, in a way that will not tax your mind beyond using your imagination. 

  

3.    Explore Your Potential.  The aftercare web has been set up to help clients get involved, to ask questions, and to chat to each other.
